Zhong Lee
Chairman

Mr. Zhong Lee has been the president of New Tang Dynasty Television since its inception in 2001. Mr. Lee has over 20 years of management experience in leading US companies across various industries. From 1991 to 1998, he was the founder, principal owner, and financier of a Sino-US pharmaceutical joint venture that has grown to be a $200 million enterprise today.  He was also a board member of a retail package and mail business with more than 100 outlets in the US from 1993 to 1997.

Joko Buntar

Mr. Joko Buntar is a well respected, successful businessman in Indonesia with over 45 years of business experience. His enterprise spans industries from real estate, manufacturing, to trading and investments.  He has led teams of investors in large-scale real estate projects and played an instrumental role in the wellbeing of the local economy. Mr. Buntar brings extensive management and business experience to the board. He shares NTD's vision to become the world's most trusted authority on news and information about China and an authority on traditional Chinese culture.

Flora Chin-Hwa Chang

Dr. Flora Chin-Hwa Chang is a professor of the Graduate Institute of Journalism at National Taiwan University. She is one of the most respected educators and leaders in advancing press freedom in Taiwan. She was previously the director of the Chinese Communication Association and the chief editor of TSSCI magazine.  She has been a board member of various nonprofit organizations including Taiwan's Central News Agency, Aboriginal Cultural Foundation, and Excellence in News Foundation. Dr. Chang received her B.A. from Taiwan University and doctoral degree in communication from the University of Iowa.

Alan Adler

Mr. Alan Adler has been in the silk flower import and manufacturing business for 40 years. His company is an industry leader. Mr Adler served on the board of the American Floral Importers Association from 1997 to 1999.  He has traveled extensively throughout Asia for more than forty years and is devoted to traditional Asian culture.  In 2000, he helped found and became the Executive Director of Friends of Falun Gong (FoFG), an NGO with the mission to support the freedom of belief of people who practice Falun Gong.  Mr. Adler is also the managing partner of a real estate project that aims to recreate traditional Chinese-style architecture in a community in upstate New York.

Ren-Hsiung Fu

Mr. Ren-Hsiung Fu is currently the chair of the Chinese Moral Revival Society in Taiwan and the vice-chair of the Customs Association of R.O.C. He was previously the Director General of Customs of R.O.C. and has served as an advisor to the Premier. In the private sector, Mr. Fu was the Chairman of Goldsun Express & Logistics Company and Far Glory Air Cargo Park in Taiwan. Mr. Fu received his B.A. from the National Taiwan University and a Masters in economics from the University of San Francisco.

Vasilios Zoupounidis

Mr. Zoupounidis is successful businessman in Sweden. In 2011, he was honored with HM King Carl XVI Gustaf's Honorary Award "Settler of the Year—Pioneer" in a ceremony at the Royal Palace of Sweden for his "exemplary business building." He was also a provincial-level nominee for the world's biggest entrepreneurial contest, Ernst & Young's "Entrepreneur of the Year" in the category "Male Superstar." Mr. Zoupounidis is dedicated to press freedom and is passionate about the revival of traditional Chinese and Western culture, for which he is a major donor. He is a maecenas of the Philanthropic Fund of The Royal Swedish Opera.
