At NTD, the world's premier independent Chinese television network, we're always looking for talented people who are passionate about media.
NTD provides undergraduate students with experience working in a professional television environment with industry standard studios and equipment in midtown Manhattan. Unlike at some other internship, at NTD interns will never be asked to fetch coffee or run miscellaneous errands. Interns here will contribute directly to the day-to-day production of on-air content. Reporter interns go out to report and write their own news stories. Photographer interns shoot and edit video for the broadcast. And graphic designer interns work on actual materials that will be seen across the world. Interns are expected to work hard and be passionate about NTD and its mission; in return, they will get unparalleled hands-on experience. Although hours are determined on a case-by-case basis, most interns will work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
NTD internships are unpaid but college credits can be provided.
If you have any questions regarding internships they can be emailed to careers [at] ntdtv.com.
This internship program is open to all undergraduate students who are currently enrolled in school and have completed their sophomore year.
We are currently accepting applicants for Summer 2013 Internships to begin May 27th.
