In Vietnam, two men are facing trial for broadcasting short-wave radio programs into China. The programs exposed the Chinese regime's persecution of the Falun Gong spiritual practice. Both men also practice Falun Gong.

The indictment against Vu Duc Trung and Le Van Manh shows they may have been arrested because of pressure from the Chinese Communist Party. It refers to a diplomatic memo from the Chinese Embassy mentioning the radio broadcasts, and recommending that such activities be stopped.

The two men were arrested last year, and were originally set to be tried on Friday. We've heard today, though, that the trial has been postponed.
