Fashion lovers and brides-to-be flocked to the opening of the 14th annual Bride Show Dubai on Wednesday, one of the biggest fashion events in the Middle East.

[Juti Nuroola, Managing Director]:

“This is a very nice platform, nice exhibition, lot of nice products displayed and good effort.”

A member of Dubai’s royal family, Her Highness Sheikha Sheikha Bint Saif, cut the ribbon in a private ladies-only ceremony to launch the four-day-long fashion event. After the official opening, the Bride Show Dubai opened its doors - and collections - to the general public.

[Cathrine Fong, Designer, After you say Yes]:

“Our collection is different than a lot of local designers because it’s light, it’s breezy and it’s romantic with a lot of peaches and rose colors, so a lot of young brides like it very much”.

More than 300 exhibitors from around the Middle East and beyond are here showcasing their wedding gowns or couture designs, jewellery and more. And they’ll have plenty of opportunities to strut their stuff. There are18 fashion shows taking place over the four-day event.

[Juti Nuroola, Managing Director]:

“We are showcasing a completely new bridal collection that we’ve created for not just the Indian bride but also for the Arab bride as well as Western brides, so it’s a versatile collection that showcases a lot of options for women who are looking for bridal wear.”

And with so many exhibitors under one roof, this bridal fashion extravaganza gives brides-to-be a one-stop-shop to find that something special for that special day.
