The French reporter held hostage for over a month is finally on his way home.
Romeo Langlois arrived in Florencia, Colombia for his three-legged trip back to France.
He was handed over by Colombia's FARC rebels to a Red Cross delegation in the jungle.
He described his ordeal as a "light kidnapping".
[Romeo Langlois, French Journalist, Kidnapping Victim]:
"It happened to me but it was a very 'light' kidnapping for me. I want to express my respect and love to all the people who have lived through a kidnapping themselves, many times in much more difficult circumstances, and not just to kidnapping victims but to all the victims of the Colombian conflict, the disappeared."
The Red Cross issued a statement saying the reporter was in good health, despite a wound he suffered in his left arm during the initial crossfire.
Langlois is expected to spend at least one night in the capital city of Bogota before flying home to France.
