"Phenomenal Show" Says Lawyer on Shen Yun Opening Night in NYC
Lawyer Stuart Shestack saw classical Chinese dance and music company Shen Yun Performing Arts, on the opening night of their April shows at Lincoln Center in New York. During the intermission, NTD asked him to share his thoughts about Shen Yun.
[Stuart Shestack, Lawyer]:
“I think this is a phenomenal show. I’ve been all over the world. I have seen folk dancing all over the world, much of it in Asia. This is one of the most percisioned [sic] dancing I’ve ever seen. The only thing that comes close is when the Russians used to export their ballet back in the 1960’s”
Shestack is a lawyer with a passion for photography. He had much to say about Shen Yun’s digital backdrop.
[Stuart Shestack, Lawyer]:
“It gives me a feeling of peace, harmony, cohesion, and color—I love color—and this is what the world should be like. And I went to the gardens in China, and the background scenery is way up there, it reminds me of the gardens of I don’t remember where it was, but Suzhou and Hangzhou.”
He had to head back to his seat before finishing his thoughts, but Shestack did mention that he anticipates seeing the show again next year.
